National Parks 2025 Rally

Signups will be done online on a first-come-first-served basis and will open at 6:30 on Saturday March 9th, 2024. Once full, there will be a waitlist as there are often cancellations when booking this far out.

Route and Dates

The proposed route and dates are a work in progress. You can view the changes from time to time until it becomes final on the website by clicking this link  Latest Route. We suggest you bookmark it.

Dates will hopefully only vary by a day or two dependent upon availability of campsites.

Route is unlikely to change other than the stops due to availability and limiting daily driving time.

Overview

• Dates will be based around availability of campsites near Yosemite. The plan is to visit Yosemite late May to early June
• To secure campsites, particularly around Yosemite, we need to book 12 months in advance
• Limit is likely to be 13 rigs but we will take more if there is interest and campsites are available.
• Members can do the full trip or just the main "Out West" section
• Probably around 6,100 miles round trip and 45 nights
• Need to book Yosemite campsites in May 2024 – when they are first opened to the public
• One likely Yosemite site is Yosemite RV Park which is about 30 minutes south of the South Entrance
• Route / Schedule may be discussed with interested parties
• We will go for full hookups in the main. Most of the parks do not have full hookups so campsites will be outside of, but near to, the various parks.
